On May 10, 2012 Promises and Lace Burlington updated the website and have added 213 dresses and gowns to the on-line catalogue - almost half what we have in our showroom..!Any and all feedback and suggestions are welcome!

Promises and Lace was the second shop that I visited. Pretty immediately you can tell that they have quality collections. The staff was also very knowledgeable and the owner, Lynn, was a lovely woman who obviously cares about her customers. I just love the dress I found and can't wait to wear it on my wedding day.

We had decided to go to Promises & Lace for my daughter to pick out her wedding dress as the selection was great. Upon arriving at our meeting we met our sales lady Carol. Carol made our experience not only fun but she is so knowledgeable and goes way out of her way to help. She is truly an amazing lady. When picking up the dress last week, Carol had already picked out some Veils to match the dress and also offered some advice while travelling overseas with your wedding gown. regrading travel. She is absolutely amazing! We also got to meet the owner Lynn who made the experience memorable. Just love this Bridal Shop and would highly recommend to all brides and Mother of the Bride or Groom on their wonderful selection of gowns.

I had an amazing experience at promises and lace! When my dress came in I had a reaction to the sleeves and the bottom was not what I wanted I called the store to discuss what we could do with the dress to stop the reaction and fix the bottom. Lynn the Owner took control of the situation with different options and from that point on was there for every one of my appointments. She was amazing, great customer service. Every time I went in the staff was so kind and helpful. Anna the seamstress was also amazing and made my dress exactly how I wanted it! Highly recommend buying locally before making the drive to Toronto
